Meet Realtor Brad Dunevitz,

A third-generation Denverite, I graduated from Metropolitan State University with a bachelor’s degree in communications and journalism. After receiving my master's degree at Clarion University in Pennsylvania, I returned to Colorado.

After a brief stint of working for The Denver Post newspaper, I worked in the media relations department for a professional baseball team. Although it was the worst-paying job I ever had, the experience was priceless. Eventually, I left the world of sports and became an award-winning corporate writer and a copy editor for several years. Yes, I'm the guy who mentally edits menus, billboards, magazines, web pages, and daily email news feeds!

Eventually, I moved to Highlands Ranch, where my two kids were born and raised.

A credo for journalists is to inform and educate their readership. That is the same mantra I adhere to as a Realtor for my clients — to inform, educate, and, if possible, entertain them about real estate. I've been succeeding at that since 2005.

Five Tidbits About Five Star Real Estate And Brad Dunevitz

I'm a summertime mountain man who loves to hike, camp, and backpack as often as possible in the Rocky Mountains or in its foothills. One of the many reasons I love Colorado!
I'm a member of a rare and informal "group": I was a full-time single dad to my two young kids, who are adults now. The "most-challenging" and by far the most-fulfilling part of my life.
A longtime fitness and nutrition nut, I competed for several years in natural — meaning steroid-free and Testosterone-free — bodybuilding competitions. No Pizza Hut, Three Musketeers, or Dairy Queen Blizzards during those many months of disciplined training!
I'm a softie for anything related to Snoopy, Charlie Brown, and the Peanuts gang. My prized possession is a jean jacket with the entire Peanuts gang embroidered on the back — given to me by a client!
Although I love many genres of music, I'm a classic rock devotee — Grateful Dead, Rolling Stones, Led Zep, and so on. I melt when listening to female singers, regardless of the genre — Heart (my fave band), Alanis Morissette, Nelly Furtado, Olivia Newton-John, Dido, Norah Jones, and many more.
